There is good and bad everywhere. Given time, you will find all of this in The Philippines! I have lived in The Philippines and with my better half, for over 8 years, is a Filipina. I have studied the Philippine Culture for over 20 years. It never ceases to amaze me how men get get caught up in euphoric hype with thoughts of available pretty young women! Women have the same wants everywhere in the world. Also, Filipinas are mostly bright and cunning. If you expect, for the most part, upfront honesty, you are in trouble. Filipinas are masters of guile! If you start off flashing Ben Franklins you will be her ATM. If you do not have a list for what is important to you in a woman, you are in trouble! They have their List. i.e.- Do you want a practicing Catholic that attends every Mass with you? Or, do you want a wild woman that frequents bars? Do you know that Filipinas expect you to financially support her family? If you marry her, Philippine Law requires you to support her family! There is a lot to learn over months and years!
